Christmas Keepsakes Foiled Decorative Base Layer

Give a treasured Christmas photo a beautiful place to shine with the Christmas Keepsakes Foiled Decorative Base Layer from Uniquely Creative. Its warm red background is scattered with tiny gold foiled dots, while a lighter scalloped edge frames the design and brings a subtle festive glimmer to your scrapbook layouts.

Start with this decorative layer, then arrange your photo and favourite embellishments over the top. The fine dotted pattern adds interest without overpowering the memories you want to keep at the centre of the page.
