Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking.

Processing Times

Orders placed by 12 noon (AEST) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this time, on weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next business day. Occasionally there may be delays, if these are going to be more than 24 hours beyond what is stated, you will be notified of the delay. 

Dispatch Location

All parcels are shipped from Morwell, Victoria.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated using Australia Post’s current pricing and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Local Pick-up

Local pick-up is available in Morwell. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and location for collection.
