3Quarter Lane is a series of 12 buildings, each one a charming addition to your own miniature village. The buildings come packaged flat with pre-cut chipboard and patterned paper pieces ready for you to assemble and create your own miniature village. True to the 3Quarter Designs brand, these kits give you three quarters — the basics — and you can expand on them using other items from your stash.

Part 10 — Witchwood Charm Tarot Store is the most bewitching stop on 3Quarter Lane. This gothic two-storey Halloween building features dark damask wallpaper panels, a crooked battlement roofline with bat die-cuts, an arched porch entrance with ornate floral lace panel double doors, and a glowing Witchwood Charm crystal ball sign. Out front you'll find wrought iron street lamps, a wrought iron picket fence, RIP tombstones with skull details, jack-o'-lanterns, a black cat, a purple striped crystal ball table with tarot cards, and a tarot card services menu sign listing Tarot Reading, Astrology Divination, Palms Read, Crystal Ball Scrying, and Aura Chakra Reading. The upper storey features purple lace framed windows, and the sides are wrapped in a dramatic dark textured spotty gothic paper. But the real magic? Lift the building off its base to reveal a hidden star book — a stunning accordion-style album with pages that fan out into a full star shape, decorated with gothic Halloween scenes, black cat silhouettes, spider web lace, and aged orange and dark timber papers, all housed in an orange Halloween box. Finished store is 7.3cm wide by 13cm tall by 7cm deep. Each base board has a jigsaw-type shape so they connect together — but if you're not doing the whole series, you can also cut this off to have a stand-alone piece.
