3Quarter Lane is a series of 12 buildings, each one a charming addition to your own miniature village. The buildings come packaged flat with pre-cut chipboard and patterned paper pieces ready for you to assemble and create your own miniature village. True to the 3Quarter brand, these kits give you three quarters — the basics — and you can expand on them using other items from your stash.
Part 12 — the final piece in the 3Quarter Lane collection. The cutest little play park with a gorgeous pergola/bandstand, packed with elements that can be used throughout the other models in the series. Each base board has a jigsaw-type shape so they connect together — but if you're not doing the whole series, you can also cut this off to have a stand-alone piece.

Mini figures or resin people strolling through the park or sitting in the gazebo
Tiny flower pot embellishments or dried flowers along the path
Twine or ribbon bunting strung between the gazebo posts for a fête feel
Small butterfly or bird die-cuts resting on the swing set or flower beds
Fine green or brown turf/flock scattered around the base for a grassy feel
Fairy lights (fine thread or printed) draped over the pergola for an evening market vibe
