3Quarter Lane is a series of 12 buildings, each one a charming addition to your own miniature village. The buildings come packaged flat with pre-cut chipboard and patterned paper pieces ready for you to assemble and create your own miniature village. True to the 3Quarter brand, these kits give you three quarters — the basics — and you can expand on them using other items from your stash.
Part 5 — Pet Tails Pet Shop is the most adorable stop on the 3Quarter Lane. This sage green pet shop features a covered veranda with paw print signs, photo frame windows, and a bone-shaped duck pond out front complete with a little bridge. Die-cut animals including a dog, cat, rabbit, budgie, and goldfish make this one irresistibly charming. Finished store is 11cm wide by 7cm tall by 7cm deep. Each base board has a jigsaw-type shape so they connect together — but if you're not doing the whole series, you can also cut this off to have a stand-alone piece.

Make It Your Own
This is where the fun begins! Here are some ideas to take your Pet Tails Pet Shop to the next level:
Tiny resin or die-cut animals added to the veranda — extra cats, dogs, or a parrot on a perch
Fine green flock or turf around the duck pond edges for a grassy feel
A real feather or two tucked near the budgie die-cut
Glossy gel pen or resin drops on the pond for a water effect
A handwritten “Adoption Day” or “Puppies Available” sign propped by the door
Photo prints of your own pets tucked into the photo frame windows
Use the included A4 papers to make a paper basket with mini album cards to sit inside the shop — just like the sample photos!
